http://www.esquire.com/drinks/
You can browse pictures of drinks, put in what you have available & it will tell you what you can create or search by alcohol category. I really like this site, since I am always looking for a new cocktail!

It's almost Valentine's Day

I like the printable coupon, 20 questions, certificate, awards, & love note idea for a bit of romance and fun...and I found a great site with a bunch of free downloadable PDF documents with just this and more. http://www.lovingyou.com/content/printables/
If you have been with your SO for awhile or if you are newly attached I highly suggest the Couples Question book, these questions are geared to help you get to know your partner more intimately.

Loreal Double Extend Beauty Tubes #1 Mascara

I love mascara & longer lashes , but hate how mascaras flake off and give raccoon eyes!!! My new #1 mascara is the Loreal Double Extend Beauty Tubes Mascara!!! It extends my lashes and never flashes or rubs off.

However the best part is the ease of removal just apply warm water and the tube slid off with any special removers, smudging or smearing!

Even if you happen to fall asleep with it on, no biggie!

The Best 3 Layer Red Velvet Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

I love red velvet cake! I have been testing different recipes and Paula's wins (with some modifications)! Paula does it again! Just in time for Valentine's!http://recipes.pauladeen.com/index.php/recipes/view/grandmother_pauls_red_velvet_cake/
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup buttermilk 1 teaspoon salt 2 1/2 cup cake flour 1/2 lb (2 sticks) butter 2 ounce red food coloring 2 tablespoon cocoa 2 cup sugar 2 eggs 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1 tablespoon vinegar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs; add sugar. Mix cocoa and food coloring. Add butter and egg mixture; mix well. Sift together flour and salt. Add to creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk. Blend in vanilla. In a small bowl, combine soda and vinegar and add to mixture. Pour into three 8-inch round greased and floured pans. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until tests done.
Icing: 1 16-ounce box of confectioner’s sugar 1 stick butter, softened 1 cup melted marshmallows 1 cup shredded coconut 1 cup chopped pecans 1 8-ounce package of cream cheese
Blend cream cheese and butter. Add marshmallows and sugar and blend. Fold in coconut and nuts. Spread between layers and on top and sides of cooled cake.
This cake is moist, tender, delish, AND RED! It's a delightful addition to my recipe collection. Just wash all the dishes right away to avoid everything in your kitchen having a red smear....LOL
P.S. I did not add coconut to the frosting.
